Do not use this company, they are not reliable

On July 25 at 1:36 P.M. This company called to confirm my order for service for 9:00 A.M. The next day. At 9:09 A.M. On July 26th I called the main number to find out if the crew they were sending was running late. I had a 1:33 minute conversation with management and they said they would look into the delay and call me back in 15 minutes. The company called back at 9:57 nearly 45 minutes later and was still looking into it. Over the course of the day I made 17 more calls, most of which directly to voice mail, in an effort to find out if they really planned to show up.

After nearly 7 1/2 hours they show up in a rented truck, no dollies, hand trucks or ramps. Because I had already started empting my 26' truck (which was packed by professional loaders the day before in Dallas, TX in only 2 hours) they wanted to charge me a two hour minimun to take off the last 4 heavy items I could not do myself. I fired them on the spot.

I was lied to all day long and the fact they refused to answer most of my calls during the day only shows that they are not a reputiable company. I was not the first job as confirmed on July 25th, but the second, the first being some 25 miles south of Atlanta.

I would not recommend this company to take my casket to the cemetery.
