Ripoff

I have been ripped off so bad from this company. They took over my account from Nextbank/Nextcard. They charged me late and overdraft fees because I had no way to pay any bills until October when they called and hounded me everyday or night for two months straight.

I was going to turn them into the attorney general and never got the time. They also just charged me a $10.00 over the phone payment fee because there bill got here on the 16th of the month and my due date is the 22nd of the month. If I overnight it it is $11.00 and if I mail it it will cost me $29.00 for late fee (we all know Christmas mail).

I have cancelled my card and informed them I would only pay $20.00 a month, in writing and nobody has even acknowledged my letter. Great company!!! I sure hope somebody does something with this company. They are sure enjoying there smug lives in New York City.
