Apexcreditservices have a ad on their website that they will submit seasoned trade lines to the credit bureaus. The trade lines are being reported without any paper work at all. Just pay a fee and that is it. The sad part Apexcreditservices will ask upfront fee and never report the trade lines. The credit bureaus are aware of the FRAUD they are commiting. The bureaus are looking into shuting the subscriber codes off that been reporting the trade lines.
