DAMAGED a $3,000.00 LCD 52" Flat Panel TV and tore 6 gouges 2" - 6" in new $1,600.00 mattress NO RESTITUTION FOR REPAIR!

I scheduled a move with ALL MY SONS in West Palm Beach and I specified my extreme concern with my flat panel tv since when I bought it the guys who delivered it installed it wearing professional white sterile cloth gloves. The dispatcher who sold me the service assured me that ALL MY SONS would crate the TV before moving it. My TV was never crated and when I asked the mover he told me "I got this".

The TV arrived to my new home with two huge greasy palm prints on it and a crack in the liquid panel. My new $1,600.00 mattress arrived with SIX (6) gashes in it the smallest 2" and the largest 6" in lenth not to mention the mattress looks like it was dragged in the mud. When I called I was given a claims management number and what they told me was they were not liable for any of this.

When I asked why my TV wasn't crated their response was "Well, I don't see a crate charge on your order". The dispatcher never stated that if I wanted crating it would be extra, if she had I would have spent the 150.00 to protect my $3,000.00 TV. I find it hilarious how the commercials for this company pride themselves on family owned and operated.

That really gives a false deceiving sense of mom and pop good customer service type of business and that is DEFINITELY NOT ALL MY SONS by my experience and obviously by countless others. I wish I would have checked the BBB rating they have of "F" but I took the dispatchers word when she falsely stated that "ALL MY SONS doesn't even have any BBB claims against it".
