Bogus charges

On january of I called for teck support. I only wanted one time help, however the signed me up into a 6 months unlimeted teck support. This is very expensive $139.00, I called and cancelled this and they said they did; assigned me this case number, confirmation number: 159310202. So I thought all was resolved.in the month of march I noted an unusual line item on my phone bill. It was called enhanced services, I noted a phone number and called to see what it was, and sure enough it was a billing for teck support, I asked for a cancelation, they told me that it would be, but nest payperiod up it came again. I wrote a complaint to the BBB, they were outstanding and helped me get rufunded for this bogus billing. On a rebutal the company stated that according to the telecuminications act of 1977 AT&T is required to accept third party charges. Thir party, how was that done, they were the ones who conected me to this third party. I think that this is a shell company, so that they can distance themselves from their dirty work. If this third party is doing this than AT&T sould lower the boom on them, or should name them. But hey somewere there is a kick back, or other share the loot agreement. If they did this to me, they must be doing it to thousands of other custumers, who they steer into this ripoff.
