Voice mail, electronic fax service, and tech support

I worked personally as a temp in customer service to this company. They are located in Clearwater, Fl off of Hercule Ave. They also have a Palm Harbor address. The offer voice mail services and also business to business telemarketing sales call to sell tech support and electronic efax service to your email. I worked there 5 weeks watching how they scam business and call the business telemarketing the receptionist and telling whoever answers the phone that they are sending something out for free and slamming them on there phone bill for 49.99 for a service they never wanted and we are only allowed to refund their money for 1 charge so the rest of the charges they have to write and try to get there money back which they usually don't get.

They also have voice mail on different website that anyone can go in and sign up for and biil it on your phone bill and maybe after several years you call the phone company about the charge and they have robbed you and thousands of business out of thousands of dollars.

They go by several companies like, voice mail solutions, ILD (billing company) etc.

This should be stopped because I witnessed many calls where old people are ripped off, employees fired where their boss was upset that it came on the bill and the employee never even asked for it and got in trouble or lost their job. This is a shame that this company should keep going when they are hurting many people financially and robbing companies. If there is anything I can do to help anyone please let me know. I hope and pray that they are found out for what they are doing to innocent people.
