BLP Publications ripoff dirty ripoff liars

In a college newspaper BLP Publications said I could earn money by stuffing envolopes for them. I knew i wouldn't make 1,500 a week like they said, but for a poor college student i thought at least i could make a few bucks a week.
I sent in my address and they did send me a letter telling me what the program was about. They made it sound like they give you supplies to stuff envelopes for them and for each one that i sent out and they get back with a reply i got $3.
I thought it sounded OK, i needed money. For supplies it costed $40, so i sent it in. I got a package a few weeks later of a packet telling me i had to make up my own program, print it off, and send it out. That wasn't what it said before. You can't get your money back, basically they scamed me big time.
