I've found there's obviously no operating partnership between Star Alliance airlines, particularly, Usa and Indian. Our experience shows the Star Alliance to be always a phony coalition. I've never had a trip as poor as this in two decades of touring.

That Is my tale:

I quit JFK on UA 839 on Sunday 13th July. Starting was postponed by 3.5 hours, coming in poor at 11.45pm therefore lacking my connecting journey at poor by only 35 units: TG795 which left at 11.10pm. A typical tale, possibly, but what adopted, I really hope, is uncommon:

I used 12 really demanding hours at poor looking to get equally Combined and Indian to help me. Although several Combined team created good sounds within an try to seem to assist, neither flight supplied resorts or trip options. Actually Indian customer support team were non existent at poor, even though the pilot of UA839 approached client solutions on my account to tell them I had been up to speed and coming late. I obtained a note back about the trip stating that TG795 wouldn't delay and was making promptly at 2310.

I had been properly and certainly forgotten, Indian saying it had been Combinedis responsibility and Combined saying it had been Indian's obligation. To limit everything Usa dropped my luggage and at period of publishing it's nevertheless lost in room.

Twice I had been lied to at poor:

INCH) At 2am about the 14th Usa stated they'd place me on the trip via Narita, then at 8am stated they'd not.

2) Having eventually approached Indian in LA at 10am (by 40 units waiting on hold the telephone) they stated they'd course me again via Seoul on Asiana; then 2 minutes afterwards they retracted this present.

Remarkable behavior. I ultimately settled Usa to get a one way to Bangkok (US$ 998.40) via Narita on Tuesday 15th July. It got me 43 hours to visit from Manhatten to Bangkok (door-to-door) with not really a touch of the help of possibly Indian or Usa.

Do Not actually fly Usa. Be careful should you anticipate Star Alliance airlines to interact for you. They cannot, but what is worse is they wont attempt to.
