Trying to cancel order. No one will respond to phone or e-mail address. Waiting to see if they take more money

I oredered a 7 day free trial to get a grant they said was available on their web. I tried it all I got was grants available through gov.com, usa.com which is all free by the U.S. Government. I was even given a case number and phone number which was not theirs, but to a legitimate US gov't sight. I am now trying to cancel my order with them and cannot get anyone to answer the phone or e-mail me. Beware stay away from this sight!!!
