I have tried by email and by phone to get with them on my papers for two scooter I bought each time they put me on hold and then hang up on me. They do not follow through on their promise to help with problems or paperwork. My speed cable broke on the scooter in the first 11 miles and the gas tank on one would not read. I still haven't got anyone to help with these problems.
