Fidelity Information Corporation is unethical and ignores federal laws with regards to collection of debts and reporting of information to credit bureaus. They find loopholes and extort, overcharge and intimidate consumers. Their vicious practices can ruin lives because a credit report affects one in acquiring housing, finding employment. They knowing provide the national credit reporting agencies with outdated and incorrect data—they make it difficult for consumers to correct false information by having them go through complicated processes when correcting / updating is a click away. This random and mean-spirited invasion of lives is akin to slander, nasty gossip and the consumer has little recourse.
