Company not serious and not respectful of its subscribers

For more than a year that I canceled subscriptions to my father in law aged of 83 years I continue to receive each week the newspaper Jerusalem Post in French.
I have made many requests for cancellation and they promise me every time to solve this problem and nothing changes.
I continue to be debited from my bank account and fails to solve this problem.
I suggest to future subscribers being very cautious if they wish to take a subscription to the Jerusalem Post.
