Terrible experience

Recently visited Port-In-The Container to obtain five shakes. Was informed by supervisor couldn't provide discount, which was marketed on screen 1/2 removed from 2-4 P.M. There is no reference to deals on screen or anywhere. The supervisor stated she couldn't provide me discount. I'm worrying that I ought to have now been provided discount centered on ad on Television and on screen of Port-In-The Container cafe.
