This is a phone SCAM of the highest degree

This company contacted us wanting to verify our billing information. I asked the "salesperson" if this was a service or product we had last year; as I can not authorize any new services. I was reassured by the "salesperson" that we had this service last year.

The "authorizing manager" came on the phone to "verify" total amount. Again, I said I could only authorize what we did last year.

When we received a bill, we discovered we had never paid for services provided by The-Internet-yellowpages.com. I contact Mr. Manish Patel and he said that it was a free trial last year.

I then told Mr. Patel I was only authorized to continue services under the same terms as last year, and if those terms were a free trail, then that is what I'm authorizing.

Mr. Patel then threatened me with taking the company to collection.
