Charging me for something i did not orde

Americatel long distance phone company keeps showing on my A.T.T. Monthly statement, charging me for service that i never ask from them, dont know who they are. They only try to speak spanish. I have ask them to remove me from list of target customer. They already gave me $12.65 dollar credit after argueing with them for days. Once again they show up on my A.T.T. Monthly statement for the total $19.96. Call them back and no luck!

Then i ask A.T. T to help with this because i am a A.T.T. Customer. (not Americatel corp) A.T. T made the adjustment for $19.96. They took care of me. The Americatel corp would not take off the ripoff service on the long distance they claim i order but cant prove nothing. Help me put them in their seats and return all money taken from people like me.
