Total Rip Off, Hard Sell, Never Ever Do Business With These Scammers

It looks like I am now the third person to file a complaint about the Denver office of Great Expectations on this website. I am starting to think that a class action lawsuit may be possible as I have talked to numerous members from this office who are totally disgusted with the service. I was given the hard sell when I went in to inquire about their service. The contract was never fully explained to me and I am currently going to small claims court claiming misrepresentaion in an attempt to get a refund. I was a member for about a year and I only met one person, this is the total opposite of what I was told would happen when I signed up. Some members don't respond at all when you select them and when you complain to member services they just blow you off. I feel I have gotten $30 worth of service for the $3,000 I spent. I would be very interested in hearing from anyone else (and I am sure there are more) who has had a similer problem with this office. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and I am waiting for Great Expectations to respond to the complant. They will probably blow them off too. This is an awful company, I wish I had done my research bofore signing up. I hope you do yours and avoid them.
