Quoted and took deposit and specified furniture would be stored in Boca Raton, FL. When truck arrives they wanted a $100 tip first and added additional charges for already quoted merchandise. Then they said the furniture would go to North Miami and maybe move it later. That's when I threw them out of my house.

When we told them we wanted the deposit back and would report to the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, they responded by saying "win some, lose some" and I should complain to the UN.

They are thieves, and will rip off anyone in sight, like you are paying them to steal your furniture.

The one bit of good news is that the deposit was small and they spent more on the 3 person labor gang and gas in a big truck from North Miami to North Broward. The one time I was happy that the gas was $4 a gallon (plus Turnpike tolls).

Do not under any circumstances use this fraudulant company.
