Money Card Charged $13 Fee After Adding Money for Insurance

I have purchased a Walmart money card and I have frequently used this card to pay my bills with all of a sudden today July 4th I added money to pay my car insurance and the card company ripped me off $13.00 and then charge you to find out why when you call this place (only thing I could think of with out saying bad words) they charge you to talk to them to find anything out this is ridiculous. I will never use this card again and I don't think anyone should ever use that card. They don't like people. Anyway thanks for listening to me fume on these stupid people
