Steve Thompson, Dominic Rubino, Brian Tracy, Mark Desormeaux BUYER BEWARE — FocalPoint Owners and Management are Scam Artists - READ the TRUTH

FocalPoint Coaching led by Steve Thompson, Francois Perault and Mark Desormeaux are incredibly unethical scam artists of the worst kind.

Along with Richard Verkley they started FocalPoint Coaching while they still owned and operated the Canadian master license for Actoin International (now ActoinCOACH), clearly violating the spirit of their non-compete clauses. And the did so as they were signing their renewal with Action.

When Action's founder found out what they were doing he filed a suit (which is clearly disclosed in Action's UFOC) as anyone in his shoes would have. However... Verkley, Thompson and Perrault were shrewd enough to start the business in the U.S., not Canada, and therefore their Canadian non-competes did not have jurisdiction in the U.S., so Action lost the suit.

To make matters worse, to fund FocalPoint, they actually sold the incoming royalty stream from the franchisees they sold with Action to a factoring company leaving the former franchisees high and dry and leaving the corporate office of Action with no royalty stream in Canada.

All you have to do is look at what these guys did in Canada and it is easy to see they are unethical crooks. Simply call the current and former canadian Action franchise owners who came in under them to find out the real truth.

DO NOT buy a franchise with these guys... All they want is your money and they will rape you like they did the franchise owners they bilked in Canada. Do your homework and run far and fast.

Brian Tracy isn't even active in the business but readily sells his name and likeness to the likes of the guys who started FocalPoint to get a royalty check.
