ExtraCare Rip off

Shops, Products, Services

I have purchased a lot of items in the past and if I used a coupon they always gave me credit of the item. Since the coupon (Manufacturers) would give them the money for the difference I saved. This time they decided that since I paid nothing out of my OWN pocket that it was OK not to give me credit for the items. Well if this is not fraud on their part I do not know what is. They send the coupons to a clearing house that pays them face amount along with a handling fee usually of. 08 cents extra for their time and trouble. I am going to turn them into the IRS and Bayer Corporation for their fraud. And I want a full refund for the items I purchased and did not get a credit for it on my ExtraScam rewards. They got their money and I got nothing. WAL-MART here I come as a customer for life. At least I know from everything I hear about that inept company that they are out to screw the consumer and, will be treated like crap. I did not expect it from CVS. I guess CVS really stands for Consumer Value Sham. I talked to the Extra care dept. And they said they would fix it and did not. So I now know they too are like WAL-MART. Only out for their self.
