I was turned down at grocery outlet Victorville CA for reason code B6

I was turned down at a store in CA, I had been writing checks for months there, there is also another check writing service cergence or something like that that has interfered with my checking account they said it was ans error and to fill out a form and they would put me on their gold member list. When I received the form in the mail in small print they state that they will charge a fee to my account each time they had to approve my check. That is a rip off, money making scam. This has happened to me at pep boys and big lots and only for a check written for over 100.00 all others pass. This is also fraud and they have your bank routing # and account #. I refuse to stop writing checks
