Ripped me off $249.00

This company called me on April 20, and offered to sell my timeshare. They charged my Visa $249.00. After selling it, I would be charged another amount.

I did not agree with the contract. I called them and they told me to send it back unsigned, which I did. I also sent a letter stating the reasons why I did not agree with the contract.

They did not send me back my money. When I call there is a recording saying " they are all busy with other customers, please hang up or leave a message".
