Dear Mr. Shawn Shelton,

I hope that you will no longer avoid or further delay sending settlement offer made by you, of $1,524.00. My Wife and I had accepted your offer of $1524.00 for compensation of the square ft issue. However my Wife and I cannot sign your letter, signing your letter is stating that my written complaint against your company is not truthful. You're stating that my written complaint is DEROGATORY. Regarding my experience with your Company, all written Complaints with the Better Business Bureau and others are truthful. My Wife and I wish to put this terrible experience with your company behind us and not look back on this ordeal. There was no wrong doing by my Wife and I, or any untruthful written complaints against Rembrandt Remodeling Inc.

I had to clean up nails which posed a hazard for my family. This hazard was left behind by Rembrandt Remodeling installers, the split footers have not been addressed and you are requesting that I advise the Better Business Bureau that I'm satisfied. I can assure you that my Wife and I are not looking forward on dealing or pursuing these ignored issues, but to put it behind us and learn from our mistakes of choosing of contractors.

We are by far satisfied with the dealings with your company and once we receive the offer of $1,524.00 this will end this horrible dragged out ordeal by Rembrandt Remodeling. You have dragged my family through this far too long. We are requesting upon receiving the offer of $1,524.00 that Rembrandt Remodeling Inc refrain any form of contact.
