I brought my dog to this place and he was bit his 3rd day. I understand dogs play and accidents happen but they lied to me about it! They told me he "ran into a fence." After that I stopped bringing my dog. I had a 20 day pass but there was no return/refund policy so when I found out I was moving out of state I asked for a refund and they / (the owner Jorge Calas) refused! He told me I could only get store credit.

I filed a complaint with the better Business Bureau the next week. I called him back a week after that and told him I'd settle and get store credit. He yelled at me and said "NO YOU'RE NOT YOU'RE NOT GETTING ANYTHING! I got your report and I've very disappointed. You're not allowed back at Rock N' Dogs and if you or anyone else come on our property you're trespassing."

I called a lawyer and found out I have done nothing wrong to be not allowed to return, in fact, I'm still a paying customer. Also, I can file for a small claim against him (for the $200 he owes me).

Since he got the BBB complaint he has called and harassed me, as well as send me rude text messages and emails. He also started calling my job yesterday! The HR department called me and told me an angry man kept calling about me, then when the told me what his phone number was... Sure enough, it was him!

I know 3 previous employees who are filing claims against him because he hasn't paid them and other employees have told me he has lied to customers about their dog injuries or how they treat their dogs.

Be sure to stay away from this place (although they may not even be around much longer)!
