If you have a roof that needs repairing or any other issues with your home, don't hire IT'S LEAKING AGAIN ROOFING in Lawrenceville, GA. I hired them in early June and it's almost July and the roof is still not complete. Although they have made several trips to the home, the company has yet to complete the job, because of their inexperienced workers. Their main reason for why they haven't completed the job is because their most experienced roofers/painters are needed on other sites and my home is too far. TJ Jones is the owner of the company and has been in business apparently for over 14 years. His organization lacks serious organization as there are no calls to let the customer know when his crew is unable to make it to your home and there is never a time committment provided. Customer service is almost the pits because he tells you whatever is that he needs to in order to get you off the phone. Now he's begun ignoring phone calls and his receptionist Christine guards his emails like a hawk so of course complaints are not getting to him other than by voicemail - if he's actually checking and listening to them. My home now has green, blue, cream and grey colored paint, when it should only have blue, cream and grey. Shingles are missing from valleys, there is a thin layer of blue paint (from the sprayer) that is overlaying the cream colored areas, blue paint on my front porch, sidewalk and driveway. Nails and pieces of shingles through out my front yard. Lets not forget the oil stains left in my driveway from one of his vehicles. This is a brand new home (less than a year old). This is one company that doesn't need referrals from other African American customers as it's apparent only their Caucasian customers are worth the extra effort. Today I have to take time off from work and go to his location to pick up the missing shingles and paint remover and hire someone else to finish up the job.

(Job is still unfinished and it's been almost a month out.) Just a warning for anyone in the surrounding Atlanta metro areas who may be considering using their services.
