Do not bother interviewing with Texas international promos, Zephyr international promos, or Liberty international marketing in arlinton, tx!!! They are horribe!!!

I just graduated college and their ad on monster sounded great so i applied. I made it through the first round of interviews and was called back that evening to do an observation day two days later. This would be a second interview. This didn't bother me because I know many companies have you shadow as part of the hiring process.

I showed up the day of and they made me follow my trainer all the way from arlington to Granbury for our event after I had just driven in from the Keller, TX area!!! We sat up a tent outside Lowes to pawn off D.A.R.E. Merchandise. It was hot but atl east my trainer bought us some water from inside. The sales techniques she used weren't really sales. She basically threw the product at customers and then asked them to give us money (or a donation as she said).

After 30 min there, since it had taken so long, we took a lunch break, which I had to buy myself (don't most reputable companies buy you lunch on your all day?), She broke down all the company info with me, growth, and pay rates. Then she sent me all the way back to Arlington to do my half day there for the administrative assistant position / recruiting.

They call everyone back! They wanted me to tell people they were a top choice, and a bunch of bs and bugged me about not being happy enough on the phone. The manager of liberty made alot of borderline racist comments to me about all the african-american applicantsand made quite a few suggestive comments about his personal life ane one of theccodes to get into their system was quite sexual as well. They told me that the HR names on their confirmation e-mails are made up. They made me call people in for interviews for a couple of hours and told me people weren';t going to show up because i wan't happy enough (bs... If people want the job, they'll be there for their interview).

They told me I'll know by tomorrow if I get the job. I hope they offer it to me so I can turn it down and tell them how lousy they are...
