Supplemental Hydrogen E-book

I ordered a e-book from save fuel.ca. They sent me instructions on June 18th. I proceeded to down load the book and it was kicked back to me saying I had a invalid code. I e-mailed them 5 times with no response. Today is the 26th, and still nothing. I have a prepaid master charge. I put the money on my card on the 18th. It was taken off my card on the 19th. A friend checked this company out with you, and you show reports of it being a scam company. What can I do to get my money back, and stop them from ripping off any more people?
