Refuse to close the account and keep charging me monthly

I have closed and paid off my account with Capital One five times now. I spoke with a barely speaking English woman last month and demanded to speak with her manager as she refused to let me. I have closed and paid off the account January. Just to recieve a bill every single month for the amount of 15.03. Last month I called again to explain with a second promise that the account was closed and for the fourth time as I played their games with having all of the "insurances" canceled so there were no reaccuring bills just to recieve another bill on this old closed, paid off account today for the amount of 15.03. These people need to be sued, it is gross. How many times does a person have to pay off the account and close it for these people to do so. They are forcing an account to remain open so they can keep charging me. I want an attorney, these people should not be allowed to force their services this way.
