Dear Att

Congratulation on making it so hard to dispute a charge on my bill. Both my cell phones blocked from making any connection to the internet, yet I get charged over $10 for some kind of scam where Im sure millions of ATT users have been cgarged the same! We dont have time to chase that $10.

ATT scamming consumer in large way, who ever authorized this scam to take place. Should be charge by the federal government with capital white crime.

After calling and talking twice to your professional representative and complain about this charge on my cell phone when I dont have any kind of connection to internet al all. The charge still post to my account every month. You need to stop scamming hard working American, and refund my damn money immediately.

Any one with Att service should check their cell phone bill for something called "OpenMarket" for about $9.99
