I got scammed!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website hoping to get them with in 2 weeks like the promised and post on their emails and website but it wasnt that way at all. I placed my order back in may and not once has anyone replied to my emails... There customer service chat sucks and no one ever responds. I have tried to get my money back but its not something i think i can accomplish. If anyone can give me some information or shed some other problems - then maybe we can all solve this and get our money back.
