Unable to ship, speak truth, or refund

I ordered product and like everyone else it didn't come but that it will be here on friday. I ask for shipping dates and companys but was told shipppers are selected by computer! I was told in a span of 24 hours that my product shipped, didn't ship and will ship from New York, California and New Jersey. I have talked to Connie, Tammie, Noelle, Lori, Julie, Amy, Lindsey, Nicole, Stacie to name a few! All are very much the same in thier ability to be untruthful. When I ask for a refund, I was told that they would need a fax stating that. I faxed to a number that did not work and then was told that the fax repairman was on the way! What a pathetic bunch. I was also told they only had 2 refund requests but then the next day I was number 24 on the list and they only can refund what they have in thier budget.

I even called in with a made up order number and they told me it will ship on Friday! I then ask what address it was going to and then they ask what Hotel I was. I told them I made the number up and they hung up on me like many other times.

I also spoke with another Hotel in town who had/has the same problem.
