Well, I too am now a victim of Mr. Hay's scam. I moved from South Carolina to Las Vegas and wired Mr. Hay a good faith deposit in the amount of $1,000 in order to secure his services. He is not returning e-mails or phone messages. I would like to warn the boating community to stay away from Hay's Marine Transport.

He has recently moved from Portland, Oregan to Vancouver, Washington. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have engaged the services of a private detective.

I am a man with means and even though this will cost me more than $1,000 I will not allow myself to be made a fool of. Therefore, I will have a private detective track Mr. Hay down and serve him with a warrant and persue criminal prosecution in order to put this man out of business.

He has messed with the wrong guy.
