Charter Communications
Conceled oct 19, still sending me bills

On october 19, i returned my cable boxes to the local office and canceled my subscription. I have communicated with charter at least a half dozen times, by phone and letter, but they insist on sending my bills. I just can not make them understand that i do not have cable and have not had since oct 19.
