Surefire Advertising
James A Ballas Lied and stole $22,500 Did not deliver anything completed. Lied about everything and still hasn't filed for bankruptcy

Shops, Products, Services

We hired Surefire Advertising to produce a 60 television spot, an e commerce web site with video and to coordinate with a call center. They shot the spot and were 95% finished with it. They also started the web site and got 50% finished. That's when they started asking for remaining amount. We rationalized that they were so far along it would be ok to pay the remainder since five thousand of the remaining $10,000 was for a media buy. What a huge mistake on our part. After our payment they stopped working on our account. Nothing of any consequence was accomplished despite repeated promises by Jim Ballas and Tonya Smith. Surefire has since vanished into thin air. They have taken $22,500 and have delivered nothing that we can use. They gave us their lawyers contact information, but they have yet to file for bankruptcy.
