I had purchased 5 titles with my visa card, adding up to $146.25 sat. May 17th at 11:39 P.M. Cst. I recieved the automatic confirmation e-mail as it states in their domestic shipping policy.

I have no problem showing my order as I draw anime and hentai and use these movies to come up with new ideas.

I waited 2 weeks for my purchase to arrive, thinking my order might have been delayed. They state that first class mail should take 3-4 buisness days via postal service. I went on a 2 week annual training assignment with my National Guard unit thinking that it would have arrived by the time I got back from training.

When I returned home from my training still nothing had arrived. I went to the post master and asked if anything had arrived and nothing had been shipped to me. I went to my bank and my bank statement showed that they had recieved my payment.

I have called and I have left a couple of e-mails asking about my order. They give an order number, but they dont give a tracking number where you can check your order status. They do not reply to my e-mails and they do not return phone calls either.

Either this is very bad buisness or this is not a legit buisness. Something needs to be done. I work hard for my money along with other hard working citizens, and not to recieve my purchases or even a reply of why I haven't recieved them is just not being responsable.
