The turn over rate is tremendously high because they are not a company that hires people for long term careers, but to make the CEO more money to buy himself more material things. When clients sign and return their agreements, if its not able to be processed through accounting, the contract is altered to be processed. Like many other debt management or debt companies, this one is a RIPOFF
