Double Click contacted me via telemarketing and offered to set appointments for my business. I was interested so I agreed and over a period of three weeks I paid them $1500 up front.in the first three weeks the only thing they did was come up with a poor script. I rewrote the script and they said they would begin calling. Blaine Hamlett assured me that I would receive quality appointments and any lead that did not turn into a presentation would be replaced immediately. They also promised between 5-10 appointments weekly. Three more weeks went by with not a single appointment! I called several times weekly. They said there system had been down and that they were having staffing problems. Over the next several weeks I started receiving one appointment to two appointments at a time. Every customer had the same story, they talked to the telemarketer and told her they were not interested and she set the appointment anyway. Not a single homeowner allowed us to do a presentation. It has now been three months since we paid double click consumer research and we have not received a single qualifying lead that has turned in to a presentation.in the last month they have not even bothered to pretend that they have any intention to fulfill their end of the contract. Long story short the contract says that you have to go through binding Arbitration for any disputes; a very pricey process.By the time you fork over all the money for the process you have lost more than you have gained. Never do business with Double Click Consumer Research or Blaine Hamlett! 7 bogus leads for $1500!
