Robert Boudreaux And Robert O'Ragan RB Construction refused to repair a window screen they damaged

Robert Boudreaux and Robert O'Ragan of RB Construction promised to repair a damaged window screen caused by one of their workers when making a cement patio for my 84 year old mother. She's handicapped and can't remove take the screen and take it to be repaired and I was out of town when the damage occurred.

At first they claimed the damage was already there, which is a lie. I personally inspected the house before she bought it and there was no damage, and she was sitting near the window when the worker put a shovel handle through the screen.

My mother even offered to pay for the repair if they would just take it and get it done for her. They said they would but never did. When I confronted them about it when returning home, one of the Roberts said "We pour patios and I don't have time to be fixing screens".

This has left us pretty disgusted and insulted, and I can only imagine how difficult the situation would be if they had damaged something of greater value than a window screen. I need a concrete driveway put in, but I will definitely look elsewhere.

In fairness to RB Construction, they quality of their work appears to be very good.
