I don't want to go into the details, but this Law Office is a total scam. I tip from an IRS agent actually saved me thousands of dollars, but my haste to retain the Law Office cost me $900.
Stay away from this con artist. I though I did a good job of researching before I hired them because no one has ever complained to the Sacramento Bar Assn. I guess people don't know that you can or they are afraid to. But I am certainly going to.
You can file the Offer in Compromise yourself. For free. It's all based on your liquid assets and disposable income. It's the same for almost everyone. Talk to the IRS first.
