G.A. Bove and Sons, Inc. Has pulled a real fast one on myself and others in my community.

Many of us had contracts for oil delivery at a pre-set price which expired in mid-May. Shortly after the contract expired, Bove delivered oil and charged nearly twice the price per gallon that the contracts had stated.
This was done after the heating season was over.
Bove claims that we are on "automatic delivery" and that they deliver oil according to some formula which they are very vague about. Although they don't have a signed contract for this "automatic delivery" they are determined to enforce it and refuse to issue any type of refund or concession.
