I hired countrywide moving for my move. When receiving an estimate I emphasized that I needed my belongings no later than June 3 as I would be starting a training program, and I was assured that this could be done; in good faith I went with it. It is now June 10 and I still don't have my things. This is also the worst customer service I have ever received. The two women running the company have shouted at me, lied to me, and hung up on me. They are no help in giving you information; I had no clue where my things were for the last week. It was as if they were holding them hostage. They also won't allow you to talk to their supervisor which really puts you in a bind as a consumer because there is no one to whom to complain about the poor service and mismanagement of the belongings.
