Beck Vending have ceased trading "conveniently" leaving their customers severly out of pocket, they have even gone as far as to take thousands of pounds from people weeks before closing and supplying them with nothing at all! I have been informed (from the business for sale site) that Ronald Aylward has been acting as a shadow director for this company and his accomplice Roy Drinkwater has been fronting the business. Mr Aylward who has been banned from directing a company and from having any dealings with franchising by the DTI has always intended to just take peoples money and give them either the bare minimum or in some cases nothing at all, once he has your cheque for your second half of the investment he is not interested he has what he wants, Roy Drinkwater is a spineless liar who will avoid your phone calls at all costs and eventually he will arrange a meeting with you in your home where he will sit on your sofa drink your tea and fill you full of promises which of course he never delivers on and never intended to, Beck Vending became a limited company I believe because they had so many franchisees taking them to court they needed the protection of the limited liability. I now believe that they have closed up and are long gone they have done nothing but use delay tactics in court action i was taking against them and i presume this will be the case with everyone else. They have dealings in Spain and I believe this is where they will hide now. I also know if it helps anyone Roy Drinkwater lives at a place called the ashes in Altrincham in Cheshire and Ron Aylward lives in a place called Kirmincham in Cheshire in what looks like a barn conversion (i got this info from the business for sale website which has now been suspended) I also have their contact numbers should anyone require them (purley for the purpose of legal action though you understand) I accepted Golden Root machines as some form of compensation unfortunatley I should of argued for more (even though i only got 2 of the 3 i was promised) as they are doing very well but now i cant get the tablets i have tried to get them off the web but the packaging is all wrong and they dont fit so if anyone else has done this and knows where to get them from it would be great if you could let me know. The Daily Mirror newspaper are very interested in their antics and have recently run another short article on Ron but i am sure they would love to hear from anyone who can give them some more ammo.
