Poor customer service and unapproved charge

I'd not suggest the providers of Reunion.com. I registered due to their 1 year of support 2 yrs ago. I terminated 2 yrs before immediately after the support began to prevent a regular charge.

I had been along the way of shutting out my checking account this month (24 months from my initial cost)... With no caution from Reunion.com, they charge my account to get a year membership and over-picked my bill. I named 24 hours later and after being on-hold for 40 units, was informed that it'd get 7-10 times to return my cash and they were sorry concerning the facility charge of $50. I also sent them a problem.

This Is Actually The 9th business-day and that I haven't obtained any return e-mail with no money returned.
