Doesn't pay his workers

Bill Fasbender who own Williams Construciton is a big scam artist. He can afford to take elaborate trips and invest in fly-by night get quick rich schemes but he can't pay his workers. As of 6/6/08 he owes his workers seven weeks pay. When they were paid six weeks ago it was only half of what was owed to them. Utilities are being shut off and families are going hungry because of this jerk. He can't have REAL employees because he owes the state of Wisconsin too much money. He was sued in 2002 for failure to pay wages. He lies left and right. He has a verbal ocntract with his workers to pay every two weeks, but contracts, verbal OR written mean nothing to this scum. He tells the guys to get their wives to pay for their gas money to get to work. Do not do business with this man and really don't work for him!
