Ripoff fraudulent business 6 MONTHS ALREADY, AND STILL WAITING

On june-14 i recive a letter from stephen young. Offering, his new book, america's secret cash giveaways. And 18 bonus reports. If you reply before 5 days, and send them a money order, for $23.90 and they promise a ironclad no-risk money back guarantee, even a long as one full year, or simply return it, and they send you back your money.

So, i send my priority certificate, and money order the same day. I recive the letter. So, after 2 almost 3 months, i check with my postal office, if they cash in my money order, and they did it on 7/02/02.

So, i send them a letter, requesting the book and reports. Or my money back, and they don't send me anything. Don't even answer my letter, so, after more than a month, later i send them a second letter. Hoping this time they send me my money back,

Well, is 6 months already, and i still waiting. So please help me what can i do in this case, thanks.
