Rips off nieve homebuyers and home sellers for their hard earned money and property

I was hired part-time by this company back in December as an office assistance. Back then their name was Champion Home Sales but got remamed in January of this year to the current name.

With such a big name as Century 21 any innocent home buyer/seller would think they made the right real estate choice. However, working there thought me a lesson... Never be fooled by a name.

From the begining I should have guessed that something was wrong, since upon employment I was given the choice to be paid... As Shawn put it..."on or off the books". I was tempted to choose the latter with the chance of being able ot evade taxes, but after discussing it with my fiance I choose to be paid on the books. Well it started off like that anyway until he told me that he was beginning to experience some money proplems (which he lied) so he would have to make it seem to the authorities that he only employed one office assistance and would have to pay me cash. I agreed eventhough I knew it wasn't the right thing to do. Later down the line I came to know that none of his employees were hired legally.

Because I was new to the real estate game I was somewhat nieve to what I was being told to do, so being the good employee that I was I did everything with a cheerful smile thinking I was going to get compensated in some way for my services. Yea right! Not even a thank you. Over the months I began to wisen up on some of their scams. When I thought my boss's name was Shawn Freedom I was told that he uses several aliases because he does not have a valid real estate sales associate or brokerage liscense eventhough he claims to have one. After futher personal investigation into his idenitiy I discovered that his name is not even the name he has on a bogas DMV drivers liscense - Shawn McMchon, nor does he have an INS issues Social Security Number. The man is illegal in this country but yet operates 2 real estate offices and a restaurant (Yardees Jamaican Restaurant located on the corner of Clarkson Avenue and East 96th St.in Brooklyn NY). He owns several properties which is sometimes bought under the name Shawn Wray or Aretha Williams - two people he easily manipulated to use their information.

This company have scammed so many people and have done it in such a slick way that the smartest of people don't even realize. He got the hook up form the mortgage bank down! And I know this cause I worked there! For example, when someone comes in to sell their house he will price it down... Tell them that it's worth way less than the actual value... Even get it appraised for that much... Buy it from them for that low price, and resell it for the actual value or even higher. They calls this Flipping the deal.

He treats his employees with such little respect and concideration that its unbelievable. He gets the illegal immigrants to work for him because he won't have to pay taxes for them since they don't file taxes cause they don't have a SSN and are not authorized to work in our country. Works them long hrs like from 9am-830pm for $200-300 a week Sunday -Friday because he calims to take the Sabbath off.

I was fired from that company about a month ago because I complained to him about being sexually harrassed in the office by one of his multiple male sex partners. He told me there was nothing he could have done about it..."and a matter of fact, you're fired, you can pack up your stuff and leave..." Well that's what I did and I didn't really mind because I no longer wanted to be part of a company that issues bounce checks to companies who have done work for them. And have been threatened to be blown up or burnt down by angry customers and persons.

Eric Vincent is an actual person who the company's name is registered under, however Shawn Freedom / McMchon poses as him and even signs his name on legal doccuments.

I hope the correct authorities will look into this matter and put SHAWN FREEDOM a.K. A shawn mcmchon a.K. A ERIC VINCENT to a screeching hault!
