Int'l Satellite Communications Charged AU$30 for calls that didn't connect! BBG Communications, Int'l Satellite Communications, San Isidro, California

I attempted to call a friend in France, and four times I called and heard her phone call but she didn't pick up. For these calls I was charged AU$30. When I finally got through and talked for 5 minutes, I was charged AU$66. Yeah, I was an idiot and was sucked in to the ease of it all, and the sticker on almost every payphone in Europe with this ad. I can take the AU$66, but $30 for phone calls when I didn't even talk?

They should not be able to advertise so prominantly as it does suggest some type of quality service, when in fact it is a devious company.
