Did not deliver flowers to recipient

Do not order from FTD.
I submitted my order on Thursday May 29. The recipent was supposed to receive her order today. I called her at 5 pm and asked if she had received her present from me yet. She told me she had not. I called FTD and they said the people that were supposed to deliver the flowers had closed. To call tomorrow June 4 th to see what had happened. I called the recipient again (at 9 pm) and she told me that she never received the flowers. I am never ordering from them again

I really hope I have no trouble getting my refund.
Please do not order from them.
