A No Show

Fantasy Limousine left my family waiting in the driveway.

My mother booked the limousine service weeks in advance for a graduation party. The day of our plans, we called multiple times and left messages to confirm the arrangements for 6:30 that evening.By 6:50, after making numerous calls to the company, we realized we had to make our dinner reservations. Our neighbors informed us the next day that the limo finally showed up at 7pm.
We never received a call of apology or explanation from Fantasy Limousine, but they still charged our credit card. We are fighting the charge and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, our Credit Card company and any web site that collects reviews.

I just want to prevent this company from ruining anyone else's special evening!!!
