Preditory Door to Door Sales Fraudulent Billing

I am in Iraq and my sister house sits for me. She collects Social Security because of an unstable mental condition. She of course does not have any legal standing when it comes to my estate. APX Security had a salesmen come to my house and sold my sister on giving me a free $2700.00 alarm system at supposedly $40.00 a month. When I called her she was all happy about what she had done. I was not happy and insisted she call them and have it removed as I did not want and I knew she could not afford a monthy bill for the use of the system. She agreed but apparently the salesmen would not return her calls (I was told). A short time latter I get a bill (I have my mail forwarded). The bill was from APX and it was in my name. The darn thing was for $155.00 for two months. I called her and she insist that my name is not on her copy of the contract. So why am I getting the bills? Want the darn thing out of my house and any damage to the house repaired and letters sent to all three credit agencies explaining the "mistake". Should it be proven that the salesmen or my sister forged my name I would be willing to file a police report.
